Apartment 12 is a spacious and at the same time exceptionally climatic interior, its uniqueness is due to restored wooden beams and decor in warm colours. The apartment is located in the attic of Apart Residence, it is composed of two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 150x200 cm, while the second one is equipped with a bed of 120x200 cm. The size of apartment 12 makes it possible to place a baby cot in it. Bearing in mind the needs of our Guests visiting us for both business and tourism purposes, we have equipped the interior with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a private bathroom. In the living room there is a Smart TV and a sofa bed with dimensions of 140x200 cm.

All our apartments have been furnished in a functional and modern way, and their cosy and climatic interiors include: air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom. Business Guests will appreciate the wireless broadband internet connection.

With business Guests in mind, we offer a room equipped with a 50-inch smart TV for presentations, business meetings or conferences for up to 16 people. Our room will also be an ideal place for families with children, it is equipped with a PS4 console including a set of games, as well as a set of board games.

Our facility is located in a beautiful restored townhouse from 1899. Between 2019 and 2021, the house underwent a major interior renovation and replacement of all installations. In the tenement our guests can find historical details in the form of: wall stucco, stained glass windows, original walls made of hundred-year- old bricks, restored authentic wall paintings.
