Apartment 11 is an ideal solution for two Guests who value unique climate and romantic atmosphere. The apartment is located on the third floor of Apart Residence. Its unique character is due to the restored wooden beams placed on the walls of the entire apartment. The interior is maintained in warm colours with the addition of wooden accents. For the highest comfort of our Guests, we have prepared a king size bed of 160x200cm in Apartment 11. The apartment includes air-conditioning, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette.

All our apartments have been furnished in a functional and modern way, and their cosy and climatic interiors include: air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom. Business Guests will appreciate the wireless broadband internet connection.

With business Guests in mind, we offer a room equipped with a 50-inch smart TV for presentations, business meetings or conferences for up to 16 people. Our room will also be an ideal place for families with children, it is equipped with a PS4 console including a set of games, as well as a set of board games.

Our facility is located in a beautiful restored townhouse from 1899. Between 2019 and 2021, the house underwent a major interior renovation and replacement of all installations. In the tenement our guests can find historical details in the form of: wall stucco, stained glass windows, original walls made of hundred-year- old bricks, restored authentic wall paintings.
