Apartment 1 is a bright yet cosy interior located on the ground floor, overlooking the patio. The living room has a Smart TV and a sofa bed with dimensions of 120x185 cm. The bedroom has its own unique atmosphere thanks to the restored historical brickwork on the walls. We prepared a king size bed 160x200 cm for the Guests of Arianska 16 Apart Residence. Apartment 1 has also a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a private bathroom. Bearing in mind the needs of our Guests visiting us both for business and tourism, Apartment 1 has been equipped with air- conditioning and Wi-Fi.

All our apartments have been furnished in a functional and modern way, and their cosy and climatic interiors include: air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom. Business Guests will appreciate the wireless broadband internet connection.

With business Guests in mind, we offer a room equipped with a 50-inch smart TV for presentations, business meetings or conferences for up to 16 people. Our room will also be an ideal place for families with children, it is equipped with a PS4 console including a set of games, as well as a set of board games.

Our facility is located in a beautiful restored townhouse from 1899. Between 2019 and 2021, the house underwent a major interior renovation and replacement of all installations. In the tenement our guests can find historical details in the form of: wall stucco, stained glass windows, original walls made of hundred-year- old bricks, restored authentic wall paintings.
